IP-Plus now offers a basic Service Level Agreement (SLA) for your Business Internet services. The SLA is valid for customers of the following services:
- IP-Plus Direct Access
- IP-Plus for ISP's
- IP-Plus Content Provider
The SLA contains a guaranteed service availability of at least 99.8 % with compensation payments for non-fulfillment of the guarantee.
The following elements are included in the guarantee:
- Network from customer router (CPE) to connection point at the nearest IP-Plus MainPoP (Backbone).
- IP-Plus Domain Name Servers (DNS).
