General information
This service option allows IP-Plus Direct Access customers to access the
SAP© R/3 Online Service & Support (OSS) system in Walldorf/Germany.
The service is operated in close collaboration with our partner tesion Telekommunikation
in Stuttgart. A special service set-up, allows a secure access to the SAP© OSS.

Special service conditions
Due to the special service set-up some additional conditions apply:
- the service is available for IP-Plus Direct Access customers only
- an access list entry will be made at CPE Routers. This might influence firewall
set-up's at customer sites.
- IP-Plus customers with the unmanaged router service option, will be informed how to
implement the required access lists in their CPE router.
A copy of the router set-up has to be delivered to IP-Plus prior to the service
activation.
- although Swisscom IP-Plus® Internet Services and tesion Telekommunikation are
doing their best to offer a 7 by 24 service, no guaranties concerning the availability
of the service option can be given.
