The IP-Plus CERT focuses on incident handling and their prevention on the Internet.
The team was established mid 1997. Our constituency are customers of the IP-Plus Internet
service. Our goal is to support you in case of an incident and to provide information
about security issues.

If you have to report an incident send an email to
cert@ip-plus.net.
In case of an emergency get in contact with a member of the IP-Plus CERT by calling
+41 31 893 88 88 and ask for CERT staff. On line help is available from 8:00 - 17:00
during working days. Outside the 8:00 - 17:00 and during weekends best effort support is
given. Your call will be accepted by our
Customer Support (CSU) and forwarded to the CERT team the next working day.
Please call our emergency number only in case of an security incident and not for
all other IP-Plus Internet related questions. Calls other than emergency security issues
are not handled by the CERT team. Call our Customer Support (Phone: 0800 55 56 22)
instead.
PGP Keys
The IP-Plus CERT supports PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) encrytion. All mail sent by a
member of IP-Plus CERT will be signed by their individual keys.
